On May 14, 2010, Anita Zobens, educator for Superior Threads, presented her Open Thread Bar Workshop at the Bracebridge Sportsplex.  Participants spent a day playing with different types of thread and learning about their uses.  Time was spent discussing how to adjust both upper and bobbin tension.  There was an amazing variety of threads to work with and many products to purchase if desired.  Everyone finished the day with a better understanding of the different thread types and how they could be used to enhance our projects.
