On May 9, 2008. Elaine Quehl presented her machine quilting workshop called "Beyond Stippling".   This workshop was held at the Bracebridge Sportsplex.  In our workshop, Elaine exposed us to at least 20 different free-motion motifs, encouraged us to doodle with our pencils first, gave us hints on thread, needles and tension and mostly proved that practice does take away some of the fear of free-motion quilting.
