On September 27, 2007, Sylvia Bouchard demonstrated the process for making the Seminole Quilting bands that are this year's Block of the Month.  More advanced patterns were displayed and discussed as well as uses we could make of our completed bands.  Members brought samples of items that they had made using this technique.  Our Rowanwood meetings are a chance to meet as a smaller group in a more social setting.  Members are encouraged to bring handwork to do while chatting with friends.
