Guild "Resolutions"

At our September meeting, members commit to a "resolution" - a project they intend to finish before our June Pot Luck meeting. 

An uncompleted resolution costs the member a Fat Quarter which then goes into a draw for those members who did complete their resolutions. Lots of fun.
