Our January 22/09 Meeting:

This quiltart group meeting was excting. We had been given the assignment of a 12 inch square piece with the topic "chocolate" by Joey Salmon. Of course we had a box of chocolate to eat.
8 members had finished pieces and they were all wonderful. Two more monochromatic projects were brought in as well.  Enjoy the photos. We also discussed new books, new machine quilting magazines and how to add sparkle to our quilts.

Our assignment for February is to make a one foot square piece with the theme "love".

We are making plans for our April meeting where we will be going to Gateway in Gravenhurst for the whole day.  More details to come.
