The Miniatures Group is a satellite group that has formed from within the guild.  Membership is restricted to 10 as we meet in member homes.

We meet on the 3rd. Tuesday of the month from 1:30 to 3:30 pm.

Our members are exploring the world of miniature quilts and the various resources available within this field.  So what is a miniature quilt? Our definition is “a scaled down version of a quilt, being a maximum of one fifth of a normal sized quilt, with a longest side up to a maximum of 50 cm or as small as desired by the maker”.

Our group hopes to have many examples of miniature quilts on display at our next Guild quilt show but here are some pictures of recent work by our members.  Click on any photo for a larger view.
